So then you just me with snot out of your nose a constricted neck and a brain that is by bombarding every time I cough. reverse crunch I understand quite patently not - which came from the flu? Despite the flu I had today go me out on a very long bike ride to get home to Nørrebro, which was not so easy! People were running wild! Above the red, the middle of the road and almost into me, right at a traffic light in front of a woman with a baby carriage, in front of another cyclist ... Seems like I wanted to share this evening's event with you We sit and eat dinner with our son of the table to seven months. Then I throw a towel over his head and says "where is Oscar along ... He does not answer el sport and his head falls more and more down, and he becomes slack in the body. My husband can see his face from the other side and is flat with laughter. He closed his eyes and sat down to sleep when I take it off him again, he sits with eyes closed, open them and begin to smile at us when we were quite finished laughing. I am so tired that I do not have words. I even feel I should be uthvildt and having lots of energy as I always have, but now, it stops. I have body aches, my back kills me and going to the doctor next week .. Yes, the 100 time is so tired of no one finds out what I can do to make it better .. But poenget mine was that when not my body plays 100% I feel it on my mood with sometime. I have not trænt leg for 2-3 weeks, not løbt, not jumped, yes, my body restricts me and it's so fucking annoying.
Solution as everyone says, the Chinese, you have to relax and la your body get rest. Well, now it is so that I actually work as a director and has a lot of class sessions in the week .. And from June 1, I have 5.5 certainties hours a week and I love it. Talk about loving to stand forand people and get attention, but it's not quite why I love it. I love that people get pushed themselves and take pleasure in training. I do not run my team as the other, so one gets a particularly challenging and the best part is that it suits everyone, whether you are injured, utrænt or very fit;) And yes, everyone loves to get positive feedback, so I am pleased completely into the hjerterota mi when it comes up members after class and said it was super cool!
BUT now I'm on the way to Aalborg and I wonder workout songs if I'll relax a bit and maybe a little massage. The world's best masseur finnes namely in Aalborg and oh boy where it hurts, but so good afterwards! I'll be taking myself together and write some posts that inspires and motivates and as you have asked.

For many years it sounded that you should stretch before and after races. To loosen sole up the muscles. Free radicals are involved in developing common diseases and disabilities among other cardiovascular diseases, cancer, rheumatoid arthritis and age debility. Free radicals are not the cause of these diseases, but contribute to the tissue damage that triggers the symptoms. The body keeps under normal conditions a natural balance between free radicals and antioxidants, free radicals also have beneficial effects in metabolism. But the balance may be disturbed due to the formation of many free radicals, or because the antioxidant defense is lost. When exposed organism to oxidative stress, which can contribute to cause diseases, including stiffness or directly damaged joints. So flexibility is partly ensured through enough antioxidants in your diet and using supplements.
A third solution is flexibility training, sole including extent. Although the extent may reduce your performance and may not prevent damage, it has other benefits for diabetics. Studies show among other things sole that the state "frozen shoulder" sole (pain caused by severe irritation of the joint capsule around the shoulder) occurs frequently in diabetics. Therefore, diabetics do stretching and strengthening flexibility in the shoulder region. After reading Sheri Colbergs article on the subject, I have become aware of my own rigidity in the body. My body is stiff and when I think about it, it increased with age. I am now trying to do stretching exercises at least once a week, preferably after than exercise (cycling or running). It does not sound like much, and it is not. But it's sole important for me to start small and ensure "success" with new initiatives, so I do not lose motivation. sole
