Here s what happened In August I was sick with a bad flu. Even when I was better it took another three weeks to recover pure fitness fully and regain normal energy. The point is, I didn t workout out in any way shape or form for the whole month. For me this is not the norm.

It s a fact that life is not always smooth sailing and does not always go to plan. There s nothing to be done about that, but what we can do is learn to work around it. When it comes to exercise, it s a case of not only having to have the time but the energy to get stuck into a workout. Great question. I’ve been asked this a few times and I always seem to suggest Combo. Its exactly what it sounds like, a combination of everything. You’ve got some Callanetics, some TRX, and a bit of cardio. In my opinion it is the best intro to The Kondi Fitness ddp yoga Method.
Thank you so much. When I first found and fell in love with Callanetics ddp yoga I was already certified in Pilates and strength training. I knew Callanetics was something special and because it was not as well known I knew I wanted to help bring it back the mainstream. On the other hand, I also knew the many benefits that Pilates and strength training offered so I infused them into my Callanetics and the Kondi Mehod was born!
Great question! Indeed I do. All my videos are designed around what I did and continue to do myself as far as at home routines. Almost everyday I do my Stretch Series video in the morning and at night while I watch a bit of TV I usually do one of my Ab Sculpters or Long Lean Legs!

I'm shooting for 13 again this month. Always the optimist. Thanks for the new thread! I'm super excited because I love october and the fall and all the leaves and new colors! Callanetics is going to be such a nice way to relax! My goal is 20 hours this month. I am currently on my 8th hour total so far. Is there any way to update my signature with that info? Newbie to Callanetics here 2 hours done. I have a question- I really enjoy kettlebell classes and a good sweaty hour on the elleptical. Do I have to give these up while doing Callanetics? I love Callanetics so far, but I need good tough exercise a few times a week as it makes me feel good.  
I have done Callanetics on and off since the late 80s. I always seem to come back to it because I feel so great when I do it. I was so happy to find this group of other Callanetics fans. My goal is to do 3 x per week.

to world gym the thread indie06 ! I'm sure you'll find being a part of this little group of ours inspiring and very motivating. It has helped me going, that's for sure. niamh , if anything Callanetics will support and balance out your other activities. I do a few other things, and honestly, with this body of mine, I wouldn't be doing some of them if it wasn't for Callanetics. just make sure you're world gym listening to your body, so you can know when too much is too much.

I'm in for.... 12 sessions this month. I've found that I noticed a huge difference in my thighs once I upped the amount to more than the maintenance of 2/week. I think the alternation in my program has also made a positive affect as well, so I will continue with both. HAPPY NEW YEAR EVERYONE!!!
