We all know the normal, boring crunches, the "crunches". If I have something to hate, it is always run but boring crunches. So I thought, let the abdominal exercises which I often do at home or in the gym, with parts of the rest of the Netherlands. These exercises are great for your abs and anything but boring. So spice up your routine! and replace those old-fashioned crunches.
The Russian twist is to do with and without weights. Do you have a weight or a medicine? Hold them firmly as shown, or horizontally, whatever makes you feel fine. Do not have attributes? Fold than just your hands together.
