Soon This Young Boy Trained Continuously To build a great Physique.
Seeing The Progress Made by Him, His Parents personal training soon Hired Frank and Sherry Goggin-Giardina, Body Building Experts, Fitness and Nutrional Consultants. Both Frank and Sherry Trained the Boy in Healthy Fitness Exercise and Soon the Boy Began to lift 180 Pounds.Suprisingly Richard Sandrak by The Age of Eight Had the Fastest Punches and Strongest Kicks in the world.
But His Fitness personal training Expert Frank Was Concerned about the Boy's Diet and His Father Pavel was Giving Him a Powdered Food Supplements which Richard Was Taking Along With Minerals and Vitamins Supplements.
