Newbie to Callanetics here 2 hours done. I have a question- I really enjoy kettlebell classes and a good sweaty hour on the elleptical. Do I have to give these up while doing Callanetics? I love Callanetics so far, but I need good tough exercise a few times a week as it makes me feel good.
I have done Callanetics on and off since the late 80s. I always seem to come back to it because I feel so great when I do it. I was so happy to find this group of other Callanetics fans. My goal is to do 3 x per week.

to world gym the thread indie06 ! I'm sure you'll find being a part of this little group of ours inspiring and very motivating. It has helped me going, that's for sure. niamh , if anything Callanetics will support and balance out your other activities. I do a few other things, and honestly, with this body of mine, I wouldn't be doing some of them if it wasn't for Callanetics. just make sure you're world gym listening to your body, so you can know when too much is too much.
