Am I the only one doing Callanetics this month? Well, I've been able to maintain this body of mine. I had taken a bit of a break because of medical issues and so I had another dented peach then smoothing result academia after I started again. I love how Callenetics helps me breathe for the rest of the day!

I don't think you are the only one. It's spring and everyone is pulling up weeds from their garden. I have been doing it semi-faithfully, but stopped last week after getting asthma issues. Will be back on track next wee
