Friends and family were served ham, sausage, meatballs, double-marinated salmon with wasabi cream, Jansson, potatoes, red cabbage, high intensity interval training warm brie cheese with mulled wine boiled dried fruit, nuts and honey cheesecake with gingerbread, blue cheese and fig jam, BREAD FLAVORED WITH WORT, gluten-free rolls and julost. We approach the end of 2013, and it's time to celebrate the new year. Every New Year's party ends with I mix cocktails with my friends, which is a big challenge every year. It's easy to make drinks on the job with a bar stocked with necessary ingredients, but when it comes to a home party, high intensity interval training it's a nightmare. Let's not forget the most important drink on New Year's party, champagne. To make popular and tasty cocktails at home requires high intensity interval training some preparation but it usually does not take so long. What you need at home is: syrup (50% sugar and 50% of boiling water), lemon and lime juice, honey (80% honey and 20% of boiling water) and lightly whipped cream.
